Tiny little cozy place, has hands down the best chicken salad ive ever stuck in my face!

Great chicken salad. I love it.

Coming by perkadelis is a normal for me! I love stopping in to grab lunch on my break. However the other day I came by to get a meal to go that is SUPPOSED to be there at 11.The food brought from catering is posted and told that it should be there but in reality being late is what you will most likely run into. I get it some days can be stressful and being late happens from time to time.But this has happened more times that once.I called in a meal to go and expected to get it at 11 and I ended up waiting for 30 mins!!!!!!! The young lady who waited on my kept apologizing and gave me a dessert for the wait.But when the OWNER came in she did not once apologize for being late. I’m sorry but as a business owner taking responsibility is part of it! I just hope she understands she looses businesses because i along with other people don’t have time to wait!

So disappointed. Drove several miles to get chicken salad take out. At 3:00 tried to walk in. They locked the door on me. 😒 They close at 3:00. But they saw me in the parking lot. Seriously?

This was my first time I came to perkadelis Everyone talks about the Darlene’s chicken salad and when I came in the girl that took my order who they called Melanie was Acting as I was a inconvenience to her. It was 8:45 and they had only been open 15 mins and already had a bad attitude. It seemed she wanted to sit on her phone instead of get up and assist me. It’s very aggervating to have this first impression.I will not be back as long as she is working there!!!!!!!!But on the bright side the chicken salad was great:)

Chicken salad sandwich was very dry. The worker was nice, but noticed she did not wash her hands. The cookies were really good but over all not really happy with my experience

Darlene's chicken salad is fantastic! Never had bad experience there.... food is great !! Favorite is their cakes, have made special trips on lunch breaks for a slice of strawberry cake 😍😍

Tried to order a birthday cake for my son and was put on hold for almost 15 minutes. I finally hung up and tried to call back but it gave me a busy signal for the rest of the day. Very bad customer service.

My wife and I came in for the famous baked ziti that everyone loves! The food was excellent but midway into our meal the ceiling started leaking. It was not just a drip or two it was very fast and rapid.The girls tried putting a bucket in the floor but it was coming so fast it splattered out of the bucket. I think as a business that is very embarrassing and it should be fixed immediately. Another man came in and also complained and he made the comment this has been going on for decades. As a business that is very unsanitary and it looks very bad on there part. It’s sad when customers can’t sit at a table and enjoy there meal or order food without water splashing on them. We heard one of the employees say it does that all the time. I just don’t see how the heath department hasn’t done anything about this if it’s been going on that long. Very disturbing!

Best chicken salad in town.. Servers are always friendly. Atmosphere is always fantastic. Broccoli cheese soup is great And the deserts are to die for.

This placed is absolutely loved in town. The food is good and at good prices. I know they are going for a homey feel, but sometimes it's just to cluttered and makes the experience less enjoyable. Personally it's not my cup of tea, but it is a good place to have a yummy lunch.

I do not normally do this but I had a horrible experience with someone working here. I felt maybe I shouldn’t speak up until I read another review about the same lady. Like Annabelle I feel as if a young lady named Melanie should not be working there. She is extremely rude and seeing Annabelle’s post it made me want to share my story.So here’s what happened...I came in to the deli and Melanie approached me to ask if she would assist me I told her yes and began to tell her my daughter was getting married and we wanted Darline to cater it. Immediately after I told her what all I needed she acted as if I was incoviencing her and that my business was not important. My family has ordered many cakes from here and I WAS a loyal customer. I am very upset and disgusted that she does business like that. The point is she costed you all about 3,000 to 4,000 dollars in catering my daughters wedding. I will now be looking elsewhere for catering needs.

Great spot for a nice lunch!

Cute little spot to have lunch sometimes. The Chicken salad seems to be the go to here and it is very good. However, they have a very limited menu and very little seating. Prices were a little higher than what I would have expected, but what you get is fresh. Really nice people though.

We enjoy this place tremendously. Its a cozy shop. Good food and friendly service.

Food was OK but customer service was VERY slow. Only ordered a sandwich and soup and had to wait almost 20 minutes.The lady making my food was on her cell phone the entire time with no gloves on

My friends from work always enjoy this place when we have some time to pick up a to go box. The food taste great, just like grandma's home cooking. The best thing they have though is there cakes, I love the carrot cake the best. Thank you for the amazing food!
